the long wire can be feeding by the coil in, the 30 groups wire can in a same time, through the long wire stroge system then feed in to the welding system,each feeding in system has the wire feeding roller ,when the wire feeding in , the cylinder can rise up then the wire feeding.and the stroge system have server Proximity switch to know if there is wire or not, can make sure the work going smooth.
The mechanism is provided with several groups of traction wheels, and each longitudinal reinforcement is pressed onto the through shaft through a separate traction wheel, which is driven by the motor of the shaft to feed the mesh step by step.
Each group of pressure rollers are made of special steel and undergo necessary heat treatment, with high wear resistance.
