• Unpack all packing. (Protective measures taken before transport to avoid damage caused by vibration in transit)
• Ensure that the work site is free of flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods.
• Check if the machine connection is fastened, the installation is in place, and the lubricating part shall be lubricated.
• Check the machine gas system, no damage and other phenomena. (including air compressor, gas storage tank, filter, cylinder, joint, solenoid valve, muffler, air hose)
• Check the machine waterway system, no impurities, damage and other phenomena. (including water, water pipes, joints, ball valves)
• Power cord, ground wire, test whether the main power supply is correct, to ensure that the three-phase electricity is correct.
• Boot attention, must ensure that the machine required media, gas, water supply is fully equipped.
• After strictly checking the circuit connection and insulation, the power on trial operation, if there is any abnormal, immediately power off, find the cause. During trial operation, the personnel should be away from the movable part of the machine.

If the machine is not in use for a long period of time, the main power supply should be cut off to ensure safety, cut off the supply of air and water, do anti-rust treatment on the machine, apply anti-rust oil, remove dirt on the upper and lower electrode blocks, keep it clean, apply proper amount of lubricating oil on the mechanical transmission parts such as gears, sprockets, etc., blow off the dust of the fuselage and cover it with plastic film.

Gas supply equipment or water pump should also do corresponding maintenance.

Keep the machine storage place clean, non-corrosive liquid, water, no dangerous goods storage.
