Do not close any part of the body to the falling mesh.

Do not live unplug or touch the power adjustment plug on the welding network power transformer, and do not set off the protective plate.

Do not remove or touch the zero connection (grounding) safety protection line on the host machine and the electric control cabinet.Regularly check whether the connecting zero (grounding) safety protection line is good.

In the absence of welded steel, the upper and lower electrodes cannot be empty welded, otherwise a large current will occur in the electrode, which may damage the electrode or circuit equipment.

If the machine is not in use for a long period of time, the main power supply should be cut off to ensure safety, cut off the supply of air and water, do anti-rust treatment on the machine, apply anti-rust oil, remove dirt on the upper and lower electrode blocks, keep it clean, apply proper amount of lubricating oil on the mechanical transmission parts such as gears, sprockets, etc., blow off the dust of the fuselage and cover it with plastic film.

Gas supply equipment or water pump should also do corresponding maintenance.

Keep the machine storage place clean, non-corrosive liquid, water, no dangerous goods storage.
