Process Technology
Baozhongbao series activated carbon adsorption-catalytic combustion integrated waste gas treatment device utilizes catalytic combustion reaction thermal energy to desorb VOCs from activated carbon, eliminating wastewater pollution issues associated with steam desorption. This proven process effectively handles large air volumes with low to medium concentration organic waste gas.
System Components
Complete system includes exhaust pipe, dry filter, activated carbon adsorption box, electric regulating valve, catalytic purification device, flame arrester, mixed flow heat exchange device, exhaust fan, and electrical control systems.
Working Principle
Organic waste gas first passes through dry filtration to remove dust particles, then enters adsorption boxes for VOC capture. Purified gas is discharged via main exhaust fan. When activated carbon reaches saturation, system automatically switches to desorption-catalytic combustion mode for regeneration.

Safety & Protection
System includes temperature probes and supplementary cooling valves. When combustion chamber temperature exceeds safety limits, fresh air is introduced for dilution and cooling, protecting equipment and preventing accidents. Furnace body features 100mm thermal insulation with surface temperature ≤ ambient +30°C.
