Complete fast repair system for automotive sheet metal preparation and painting operations with dual-station efficiency.
System Configuration
Features return track system allowing vehicle movement in both directions. Equipped with 48 trolleys featuring brake functionality for secure positioning.
Track System
Each station includes 6 rows of track: 4 drive tracks and 2 sanding tracks for middle coat and primer applications.
Sanding and primer booths feature manual curtains on both sides. Surface coating and baking booths include 3 sets of electric rolling doors to enhance workflow efficiency.
