Catalytic Combustion Technology
Catalytic combustion represents a gas-solid phase catalytic reaction involving active oxygen deep oxidation. The catalyst surface provides adsorption effects that increase reactant concentration, accelerating reaction rates and enabling flameless combustion that oxidatively decomposes pollutants into CO₂ and H₂O while releasing substantial thermal energy for effective purification.
Safety & Protection Features
The catalytic combustion device incorporates temperature probes and supplementary cooling valves. When reaction temperatures exceed preset limits, the cooling valve activates to introduce fresh air for dilution and cooling, ensuring equipment protection, extended service life, and accident prevention.
System Construction
Main structure consists of purification unit, induced draft fan, and electrical control elements. The integrated purification unit includes heat exchanger, preheating chamber, catalytic bed, flame arrester, and explosion-proof device. The furnace body features 100mm thermal insulation with surface temperature maintained at ≤ ambient temperature +30°C.
