Catalytic Combustion Technology
Catalytic combustion represents a sophisticated gas-solid phase catalytic reaction involving deep oxidation with active oxygen. The catalyst surface facilitates molecular adsorption, increasing reactant concentration and accelerating reaction rates.
This process enables flameless combustion where volatile organic compounds are oxidatively decomposed into CO₂ and H₂O, releasing substantial thermal energy for effective purification.
Safety & Protection Features
The catalytic combustion device incorporates temperature probes and supplementary cooling valves. When reaction temperatures exceed preset limits, the cooling valve activates to introduce fresh air, diluting and cooling the system to protect equipment integrity and prevent accidents.
System Construction
Main structure comprises purification unit, induced draft fan, and electrical control components. The purification unit features an integrated design with heat exchanger, preheating chamber, catalytic bed, flame arrester, and explosion-proof mechanisms.
Furnace body includes 100mm thermal insulation, maintaining surface temperature ≤ ambient temperature +30°C.
