Powder Coating Line Types
We offer two specialized powder coating line configurations:
- Thermo Curing: Electrostatic spraying application with recovery systems (cyclone or filter), fast color change capability, and curing at 80-220°C using infrared or convection ovens
- Thermo Plastic: Fluidized bed dipping/sintering process for products requiring thicker coatings (200-300°C) or complex interior geometries
Powder Recycling Systems
- Small cyclone combined with filter recycling system
- Bag type filter element recycling system
- Big cyclone combined with filter recycling system
Custom Design Capabilities
