UV254nm COD Analyzer Probe with RS485 Modbus RTU
The Daruifuno COD probe utilizes Spectral Absorption Coefficient (SAC) methodology to measure light absorption at specific wavelengths. This advanced sensor requires no consumables during operation and simultaneously measures COD, TOC, turbidity, and temperature parameters using dual 254nm and 365nm UV reference light sources.
Measurement Principle
Organic substances dissolved in water absorb ultraviolet light within the 200-390nm electromagnetic spectrum range. The SAC method measures light absorption at 254nm wavelength, which is particularly sensitive to organic absorption. This enables detection of organic substance substitution in water through UV light absorption measurement.
