1. Product Description
Rolled Tin Bronze Perforated Bushings CuSn8P Sliding Bearing Thin-Wall Structure are wrapped By CuSn8P or CuSn6.5P Bronze Strips WithSpherical Or Diamond Shaped Indentations Or Oil Grooves Required By Customers. With oil holes evenly distributed on it,when assemble it, the bearing should be lubricated with grease before both ends of the bearing is assembled with seals,therefore,our products have a wide application scope and practical value in machinery production.

This bushing with various holes and dents can be made on the fricaion surface for grease storage,prolonging the lubrication interval to 5times as long as required by the bronze bushing. It has the advantages of abundant oil storage,easy-to-assembly or easy to be machined etc.It can substitue bushings made by complete copper material in addition.Non-standard products available: straight bushings,thrust plates,planks,bearing bush,slide plaes and steel bushing assembly.
