Our band slat chain links are manufactured from manganese brass with a coated surface for enhanced durability. These chain links interlock to form long conveyor belts, with two sets installed on each tobacco leaf cutter - the upper and lower conveyor bands.
The conveyor bands operate at a specific speed ratio, effectively compressing and transporting tobacco bales between them before feeding the tobacco leaves into the cutting mechanism where rotary cutter blades perform the cutting operation.
