Cork Paper Cutting Knife for Hauni Protos Shear Cut Unit Tobacco Machine Parts

This kind of tipping knife is used on Hauni Protos tobacco machines. Being installed on the so called shear cut unit, it’s also called shear cut knife. Working at a speed more than 8000 cpm, it requires high precision between each other, or the knife set ( 12 pcs in a set) mounted on a knife holder could break easily during high speed spinning and cutting process. Our tolerances are strictly controlled to minimize the risk of breakage during work.

Sharp cutting edge or recessed cutting edge can be applied on this cork knife to adjust to different working condition and requirements. If good impact resistance is required, recessed cutting edge is suggested; if fast cutting speed is required, sharp cutting edge might be a proper choice.
