There is no exact order quantity, so i only can give you a reference.
For 100 rolls , 200mesh, woven by 5-10 machines, it will take around 25 to 30 days For 200rolls, 200mesh, woven by 12 to 18 machines, it will take around 30-35 days For 500rols, 200 mesh, woven by 25 to 30 machines, it will take around 40 to 45days Stainless steel wire mesh is our NO 1 products. Our factory has machines 104 totally. Think of the cost, we will arrange the machines according to order quantity. For example, for 100rolls, if we use 30 machines manufacture the order. The waste , adjust machines, fix the wire for each machine will take too much time. This will lead to the cost increase too much. |

How Does Supplier Respond to Short-Dated Orders?

As usual, when we give customer delivery time, we will add 3 to 5 days extra time. Just worry that there is some problem and delay the shipment. But the problem always happen in few time. So usually, we will finish the order in advance.
If we get urgent order from customer, we can arrange the manufacturing in advance. In the same time, some workers would like to work in extra time or weekend time, we will respect their decision and pay normal or double salary to them. Most of the time, we can make sure the urgent order finished in time. |

What Are Supplier's Main Reasons for Late Delivery?

According to our experience, there are 3 reasons
1> The force majeure , such as war, earthquake, flood and so on. 2>Government restrict manufacturing. You should know china face serious environment problem. Government always restrict manufacturing to make sure the goods air. But as usual, they will notice to the factories in advance. If there were emergency and control a long time, the order maybe delayed. If this happen, we will tell our customer directly, so customers can make the decision ship the goods separately or wait for a few more days. 3>If the order were delayed by our side and lead to customers' loss, we will pay penalty. |
