FLRN36-12, with rated voltage of 12kV , is a kind of SF6 gas insulated load break switch(LBS) combination with fuse. For fuse-LBS combination, LBS is responsible for breaking normal current or transit current, while fuse is for breaking over-load current and short-circuit current. Both LBS and fuse work properly can make sure breaking can be done. Therefore, to choose rated current of fuse is very essential. The rated current of fuse can be 40A, 63A or 125A, depending on circuit requirement.
