PET Acoustic Panel is made from 100% polyester fiber, by needle punching processing. The production process is completely physical & eco-friendly, no waste water, emissions, waste, no adhesive. Polyester fiber acoustic panel has good performance: eco-friendly, fireproof heat insulation, moisture-proof, environment protection, mildew proof, easy cut, easy removal, simple installation, decorative, lightweight, easy machining, stable performance, impact resistance, easy maintenance etc. Polyester panel is suitable for walls and ceiling installation. Polyester fiber acoustic panel is porous sound absorbing material. When sound waves are transmitted into the pores inside the material, the sound waves rub against the pores, and the sound energy is converted into heat energy, thereby achieving the purpose of sound absorption. Our polyester acoustic panel are made of 100% polyester fiber and processed by high temperature hot pressing. The product has a porosity of up to 90%, which guarantees excellent sound absorption in the medium and high frequency range.
