Introduction
JXL-24064-2 LCM is a graphic dot matrix liquid crystal display module with Chinese character library. It is mainly composed of controller T6963 (both row and column drive functions), column driver T6963 and 240×64 full dot matrix liquid crystal display.
Can display letters, numeric symbols, Chinese font and self-defined map block display, the font ROM contains 8192 (GB-2312)16×16 dot matrix of Chinese font and 160 16×8 dot matrix half wide character font,
In addition, the drawing display screen provides a 64×240 dot matrix drawing area (GDRAM) and 240-point ICON RAM, which can be mixed with the text screen display, and the Cgram contained in its controller provides 4 groups of software programmable 16×16 character creation functions.
