Precautions for sintering Furnace Use

1.Cut off the power when the furnace is not in use.

2. clean the furnace every two months.

Clean Furnace Method:

1. Break waste zirconia (white zirconia) into small pieces of 5-10 mm size.

2. Take 4-6 pieces and place them in the sintered plate (inside the crucible), cover the lid, then take 8-10 pieces and place the sintered plate in the middle of the furnace.

Sintering program:

room temperature----10℃/ min heating rate-heating to 1600℃-----insulation for two hours-------natural cooling.

Burn repeatedly until the white zirconium color permeability is normal and the furnace is clean.
