1. The semi-automatic busbar production line can realize automatic clamping from left to right and down to up which is convenient for drilling and riveting.
2. The production line is flexibly compatible,suitable for busbar with width 74.5mm-350mm.
3. The electrical control system can clamp at the same time or separately.
4. The semi-automatic busbar assembly line is a cost-effictive production line and more stable which can decrease the NG rate and labour cost and increase the working efficiency.
5. The clamping is powered by air compressor 5-8MPA, which only comsumes the air when operation and is more environment-friendly comparing with the electrical comsumption of oil pressure.

Function introduction

Manual Busbar Inspection Line is mainly used for inspecting short straight busbar, elbow busbar, terminal busbar and etc.. It’s composed of two parts: fixture positioning and main inspection instruments. Fixture positioning part is operated manually while inspection instruments will test the busbar and generate the report automatically.
