Function introduction
1) Material feed-in of roller conveyor: length L = 6m, width W = 0.7m, height H =0.8m (consistent with the assembly line), rack is made of aluminum Siemens deceleration speed motor drives, power 0.75kW, with worm reducer of power: Φ50.
2) Horizontal winding machine: length L = 0.8m, width W = 1.7m, height H = 1.95m, Taiwan's Lee Ming motor drive, power 1.1kW, one rotating disk, made of aluminum, rotating disk driven by a V-belt, 4 cages made of carbon steel, rack 1 set, wrapped with plate of 1.5mm hole
3) Material feed-out of roller conveyor: length L = 6m, width W = 0.7m, height H = 800mm, rack made of aluminum, Siemens deceleration speed motor drives, power 0.75kW with worm reducer Φ50, the conveyors are set on the two sides of packaging machine.
