Variable Frequency Resonant Withstand Voltage Test Reactor For Long HV XLPE Cable
I. Application :
The high voltage test reactor is HV booster or generator in the variable frequency resonant withstand voltage circuit, it has large capacity and HV for one piece with higher Quality factor putput . it is special for the high voltage XLPE cable test with longer distance .
Fanke company can finish the design and produce the goods according to all kinds of customer's requirement . such as cylinder type and iron tank type .
Test reactor can be produced to be 130KV,150KV,155KV,200KV, 250KV, 300KV, 350KV, 400KV for each piece rated voltage according to different tested object scope or customer requried. The max. rated current of each HV reactor can be 1~5A,10A,15A,20A,25A,30A.
II. Test priciple figure:
VF: Variable Frequency Power Supply Source which is control and measurement part in the test circuit.
T : Excitation Transformer which provide the exciting voltage for HV test reactor
L : Test Reactor which is resonant inductance in the LC circuit and produce the test voltage
Cx: Tested Equipment
MOA1: Lightning Arrestor is protection part on the excitation transformer
C1,C2: Voltage divider(C1 is high voltage arm,C2 is low voltage arm ) which is HV voltage measurement part

- Max Test voltage : no more than 150KV,300KV,450KV
- Rated output current: 25A max or OEM
- Reg. Freq range : 20Hz-300Hz
- Output Resonance voltage waveform: sine wave
- THD of output waveform: ≤1%
- Insulation level: Under 1.1 times and keeping 1min, normal
- Duty cycle : 60mins on under rated current working condition ;
- Quality factor of test set itself: Q≥60
- Temperature rise: Less than 65K under rated current working 60mints;
- Noise level: No more than 65dB
- Reactor Structure: oil immersed type, epoxy tube cylinder type；

- A final test report, a quality Certificate ,a user manual and a packing list are offered .
