I. Product Description
FKJY Insulated Boots (Gloves) Testing Machine (Intelligent) is developed and designed according to insulated boots (gloves) test procedures and the advice of our customers. The product is an effective solution to the past non-standard test methods, thus using it can simplify the testing procedures and improve the test speed. It can do more reliable identification of some parameters such as insulated boots (gloves) leakage current, power frequency voltage etc. which is to ensure the safety of workers in the trial. It is the ideal special equipment of insulated boots (gloves).
II. Features:
- Intelligent, one-touch operation:Controlled by the microcomputer, enter test parameters of kinds of test objects according to “test procedures”. The user can directly call up the corresponding test object to complete automatically the whole test procedures by pressing the test button for avoiding wrong operation. During the experiment, if the test object leakage current exceeds the requirements or test object is broken-down, it can automatically give a prompt. LCD display, Chinese menu, rotating mouse, easy operation.
- High voltage and low voltage isolation, safe operation.Isolated between test objects without interference. High leakage current is transmitted to the measuring device through the optical fiber, high voltage and low voltage are isolated by the optical, which improves the instrument's anti-interference performance to ensure the personal safety of the test.
- With calibration source, user-friendly current correction: The tester can provide 0-20mA current source. If users suspect the current measurement data, they can adjust the test current by connecting it to the standard meter in series.
- Print the test report: The instrument is installed a printer. Test data can be printed after test.
- Simultaneously test four pairs of insulated boots (gloves), read each of the leakage current and accurately determine the failure of insulated boots (gloves).
- You can also set their own parameters to do other preventive tests of insulation products.
- With a caster for free movement.
