Cable Reel Rotator Platform for Smooth Drum Rotation and Cable Pay Out
The Cable Reel Rotator Platform turns a cable drum on rollers so the cable pays out smoothly instead of being dragged off the side of the reel. It is used in power, communication and industrial cable-laying work where a drum has to be rotated at ground level. Three models cover drum diameters from 500mm to 2500mm and drum weights up to 1500kg, and each unit separates into a turntable, rollers, roller axles and locking fixtures for easy transport.

- Roller turntable: the drum rests on rollers so it turns with minimal effort.
- Adjustable roller base: set the roller spacing to the drum diameter and lock it on the slope.
- Drum lock: release the locking roller to turn the drum, then lock it again to hold position.

Using Method
- Mount the two roller bases according to the drum diameter.
- Lock the rollers on the slope.
- Adjust the roller base to match the drum diameter.
- Slope the drum rim up onto the turntable along its slants.
- Release the locking roller, and the drum can be turned.
