Built for crews who perform hot stick and bare-hand work on energized overhead lines, this insulated conductor trolley lets a single operator ride smoothly along one phase conductor while keeping both hands free for the task in hand. The design has been refined over many seasons of live-line maintenance on 10kV to 500kV networks, drawing on feedback from line crews and safety officers in the field.

Manufacturing and Traceability

Each unit is assembled in our own workshop, load-tested individually, and logged with a batch number before packing, so buyers can trace material and test records. Our factory runs an ISO 9001 quality system and is CE compliant. Independent inspection by SGS, BV, or a nominated third party is welcomed at the pre-shipment stage.

Shipping and Support

Trolleys are supplied in plywood cases with moisture-proof lining to protect bearings in transit. Standard models leave the factory within 3-7 working days; special sheave diameters, insulation grades, and private-label packaging are quoted on request.
