YJD-2000 200 Ton Hydraulic Crimping Head for Aluminium and Steel Tube
The YJD-2000 is a 200 ton hexagon hydraulic crimping head built for pressing aluminium and steel tube used in power transmission, substation and heavy conductor assembly work. It is driven by a standard 80Mpa hydraulic electric pump or a gasoline pump, so the same head can be operated from a workshop power pack or from a field gasoline unit where no mains supply is available. Dies can be produced to customer drawings, allowing the head to suit local compression standards.
Supplied by Suntech Power Tools, a Ningbo-based manufacturer with more than two decades of experience producing cable pulling, tensioning and hydraulic compression tools. The production process is managed under an ISO 9001 certified quality system and products carry CE marking, with shipments to over 50 countries.
