Transmission Line 11KV Electrical Ceramic Insulators

The ceramic material offers a very high mechanical resistance under pressure and hardness. The porcelain insulator does not deform unless an external force is applied. A long service life of up to 40 years can be guaranteed. Therefore, many users have provided long-term operating references in various applications. The design is modified to fit the environment.

1. The insulator cap use high density ductile iron ,we test each pieces with magnetic powder inspection method . all the insulator pins made of forged steel .the bonded arec between zinc sleeve and pin are more than 85% , the zinc sleeve will offer a good protection of insulator pins , it can extended insulator working life .

2. We manufacture ceramic parts with high aluminum porcelain C130 . the porcelain surface covered a layer of shinning glaze , color can be grey , brown or white , it depends on customer's requirement.

3. The cotter key made of stainless steel which guarantee insulator string connection locked firmly .

4. We use Portland cement code 525 # make the assembled insulator have very good mechanical performance and good plastic character during hot & cold temperature shift.
