The craftworrk flow of Latex dipping balloon manufacturing machine uses the coagulant dipping method.The main craftwork flow is:-Milling,-Vulcanization,-Stripping Off ,-Acid Wash ,-Brush Wash ,-Hot Water Wash,-Dipping Coagulant, -Dipping Latex, -Drying ,-Beading ,-Drying, -Add Slurry.The system realized communication controlled by humanity-machine interface. They raise the digitized level of the system having it steady. Industry level modularization design, simple humanity-machine dialog and main speed and every section temperature can be shown in the screen. Each oven's temperature can be controlled automatically by the temperature controller.
Main Features
1. The equipment is designed according to the chemical performance of raw materials and the requirements of balloon forming process, with compact process and reasonable structure.
2. The drying box adopts the tunnel drying method, the principle of hot air rising, and the recycling of hot air circulating stirring, so that the machine can get the best effect under the minimum power.
3. The machine makes great use of the effective heating space in the design process, adopts the hot air circulation principle and intelligent PID temperature control system, and the temperature control is accurate, enabling the machine to achieve the best energy saving effect and reduce the cost expenditure;
4. High output, unique design of live joint, simple operation of changing mould, and faster circulation;
5. The automatic vibrating droplet and homogenization system make the finished balloon better in quality.
6. Adopt special high-temperature resistant chain and co-extrusion method to speed up production and increase output.
