The entire set of equipment from material weighing, unloading, bag removal, bag clamping, bag moving, labeling, sewing and other actions are all automatically controlled. The staff only needs to arrange the packaging bags and labels and place them in the designated location of the device. The work is simple and easy, and one person can monitor several sets of equipment at the same time

The full automatic bagging stitching machine included the weighing machine, unloading machine , bag removal machine, bag clamping device, bag moving machine , labeling machine, sewing machine and other actions.
Whole set are controlled by the PLC system and full touch screen panel(HMI), it's full automatic, no need worker placing the empty bags.
It can storage 400pcs empty bags one time, automatic pick up the empty bags by the suckers, automatic bag giving, automatic bag clamp and release, automatic bag holding and moving, automatic bag sewing, and next process can connect with our automatic palletizer for stacking bags on pallet full automatically.
