Working principle:
After the air passes through the filter and heating device, it enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber. The hot air passing through the hot air distributor enters the drying chamber evenly and rotates in a spiral shape. At the same time, the feed liquid is sent to the centrifugal spray head at the top of the drying chamber. The feed liquid is sprayed with effective mist droplets, which greatly increases the surface area of the feed liquid in contact with the hot air, quickly evaporates the moisture, and dry the finished product in a very short time. The finished product is collected by the collection cylinder at the bottom of the dryer, and the exhaust gas is discharged by a centrifugal fan.
