This type spray drying machine is mainly suitable for laboratory to make the liquid material directly into micro powder, without before drying, filtration, concentration and smash, for all solution such as emulsion, suspending liquid, it has a broad applicability.

Spray drying machine Operation

Before power on this spray dryer, please check with below steps:

• Whether have installed well sealing material, and then connect tubes, in order to guarantee not let the without heating air enter into the drying chamber.
• Lock all doors and observation hole, and check whether have leakage.
• At the bottom of the machine body and the bottom of the cyclone separator has a pollination device, before installation should check whether the seal ring is off, must not loose and then tighten pollination. Pollination device must be clean and dry.
• Check the centrifugal fan rotation direction is correct.
• The regulation butterfly valve of the centrifugal fan outlet whether is open. Don't put the butterfly valve closing, otherwise will damage the electric heater and air inlet pipes, this must cause enough attention.
• Feed pump connecting pipe is connected well, the motor and pump rotation direction whether is correct.
• The spray head at drying chamber top position, whether cover well, in order to avoid air leakage.
