Before powering on the spray dryer, please follow these essential safety and setup checks:

• Ensure all sealing materials are properly installed and tubes are connected to prevent unheated air from entering the drying chamber
• Lock all doors and observation holes, checking for any potential leakage
• Inspect pollination devices at the bottom of the machine body and cyclone separator - ensure seal rings are properly positioned and tightened
• Verify that pollination devices are clean and dry
• Check centrifugal fan rotation direction is correct
• Confirm the regulation butterfly valve of the centrifugal fan outlet is open - never close this valve as it may damage electric heaters and air inlet pipes
• Ensure feed pump connecting pipes are properly connected and motor/pump rotation direction is correct
• Verify the spray head at the drying chamber top is properly covered to prevent air leakage
