Product cleaning:

• Dry cleaning - use brushes, brooms, vacuum cleaners cleaning.
• Wet cleaning - with 60-80 ℃ hot water cleaning.
• Chemical cleaning - clean with alkali, acid and all kinds of detergent.
• Alkali wash - with the sodium hydroxide (NaOH) with a 0.5 1% concentration of solution, heating to 60-80 ℃ to clean, and then clean with clear water.
• Acid wash: with nitric acid (HNO3) at 1-2% concentration of solution, heating temperature does not exceed 65 ℃ for washing, and then clean with clear water.

Note: when using wet cleaning and chemical cleaning, equipment and components shall be installed, through high temperature disinfection, 15 to 30 minutes, when the equipment cleaning, washing cannot use chlorine and compounds.

The stainless steel filament, after washing with the alkaline cleaning method, still should be uniform to laying within the framework of air filter, and spray to lightweight spindle oil or vacuum pump oil.
