Single Layer Glass Reactor Feature

1. Reactor body adopts high-borosilicate glass(GG-17 materials), which has superior physical and chemical performance, and is convenient for user to observe reacting materials.​

2. The shell of the heating pot is sprayed with plastic and anti-corrosion, and the inner liner is made of high quality stainless steel, which is durable.

3. Rod and other accessories adopt stainless steel and aluminium alloy, which are elegant and secure.

4. Stainless stirring rod is coated with PTFE, which applies in multiple solvents stirring and has no pollution and corrosive resistance.

5. Speed reducing and power increasing motor is stirring, which has characteristics of running smoothly, large force moment, no-spark and long life.

6. PTFE components and mechanical seal, proprietary technology, which can ensure good vacuum and long service life.

7. Constant temperature oil(water) bath can control temperature intelligently, and displays oil or water temperature in bath. Temperature control is realized by K sensor, which is accurate. When water temperature reached set temperature, controller will cut heating source automatically. When it is lower, controller will connect heating source automatically so that water temperature is constant in tank.

8. Speed controller can digitally display rotary speed and temperature. Rotary speed can be set through speed regulation knob, which is convenient, and assembled with temperature measurement probe in reactor(PT100).

9. The whole structure is compact and reasonable. Universal wheels can be moved bodily and operated conveniently.

10. Glass discharging valve can reduce dead angle in stirring and is convenient for discharging.
