Operating Procedure
- Start red total power supply
- LCD screen: Chinese and English display
- Start fan
- Start heating set to 150-220°C (general common temperature)
- Wait until outlet temperature reaches over 80°C
- Start atomizer
- Maintain outlet temperature between 85-100°C
- Start peristaltic pump feeding material, set to 20 (ensure drying tower and collection flask are dry before starting)
- When outlet temperature reaches over 100°C, adjust peristaltic pump speed to 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100
- Outlet temperature is controlled by the set air inlet temperature and peristaltic pump material feeding quantity
