Operating Step

• Start red total power supply.
• LCD screen: Chinese and English.
• Start fan.
• Start heating set 150-220 (general common temperature).
• Outlet temperature reach over 80 degree.
• Start atomizer.
• Outlet temperature between 85-100.
• Start peristaltic pump feeding material, peristaltic pump set 20. (please note: before start peristaltic pump, please ensure drying tower and collection flask is dryer, without water or liquid ).
• Outlet temperature reach over 100 degrees, peristaltic pump speed set 30.40.50.60.70.80.90.100.
• Outlet temperature is controlled by the set air inlet temperature and peristaltic pump material feeding quantity.

This type spray drying machine is mainly suitable for laboratory to make the liquid material directly into micro powder, without before drying, filtration, concentration and smash, for all solution such as emulsion, suspending liquid, it has a broad applicability.
