Mini Spray Dryer Description

Spray dryer is a drying equipment for dealing with solution, suspension or slurry material. It is used to spray the material into droplets dispersed in hot air. The material and the hot air are parallel flow, countercurrent or mixed flow of the way to contact each other, so that the moisture evaporates quickly to achieve the purpose of drying. This drying method can eliminate the concentration, filtration, grinding and other operations, and can obtain 30~500μm granular product. The drying time is very short, generally 5~30s. Suitable for drying of high heat sensitive materials and easily dispersed materials in the process of liquid concentration.
