Product Description
Graphite mould is made of high purity graphite. Our graphite mould can be well used in metallurgy, casting and so on. High pure graphite has good property, such as fine self lubrication, high temperature resistance, and good thermal stability. Graphite moulds are mainly used to melting or casting metals. It can produce high quality metal ingot.
Advantages of our graphite moulds:
1. Excellent thermal shock resistance;
2. Excellent thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity;
3. Low coefficient of thermal expansion;
4. Good self-lubricating properties, and easier to be released from the mold;
5. Light weight (density of graphite is about 1/5 of copper and iron) and easy to be operated.
6. Good chemical stability and corrosion resistance to acid, alkali and organic solvents.
