AAC Block Separator Block Separating Equipment for AAC Production Line

The block separator is equipped with aac block production, it is used to separate the aac block apart after being steamed, and is divided into mobile separator and fixed separator.

Workflow of the mobile separator:

The steamed finished product and the side plate of the mold are sent to the mobile separator by the side plate transport device, the lifting device is started, the finished product is lifted together with the side plate, and the separator is moved from the upper layer to the lower layer. After smashing to the bottom, the mobile separator moves all the finished products to the finished product packing line, and place the block on the packing line, then the separator returns.

Workflow of fixed separator:

the steamed finished product and the mold side plate are sent to the fixed separator by the mold side plate transport device. Then the lifting device is started, the finished product is lifted together with the side plate, and the separator is fixed from the upper layer to the lower layer. After being separated to the bottom, the side plate transport device is started, and the finished product is transported off the fixed side of the separator together with the side plate, and the separating is repeated.
