1. Cabinet Overview
This outdoor telecom cabinet is made of high-quality galvanized steel,coated with anti-corrosive and anti-ultraviolet powder, and with IP55 protection grade. The main frame of the cabinet is made by welding,ensuring the whole cabinet is strong and durable. The internal structure and all kinds of accessories are assembled in the way of assembling, and the application is flexible. The cabinet body and its internal accessories are all pretreated by acid washing and phosphating, and then the special molding powder is used for electrostatic spraying, so as to prevent corrosion and rust.
2. Features
· The cabinet with IP55 protection level is dustproof, sunproof, and rainproof, especially suitable for the outdoor environment.
· The cabinet uses air conditioners as a cooling system, which can effectively reduce the temperature in the cabinet.
· The layout of the cabinet is reasonable to facilitate cable access, fixing, and grounding. There are entrance holes individually for power cable, signal cable, and optical cable.
· All the cables used in the cabinet are made from flame-retardant materials. Access control, smoke, water immersion, temperature, humidity, and other comprehensive protection.

6. Cabinet Description
6.1 Cabinet Material
The cabinet is made of galvanized steel, with double wall and the cabinet is assembled type.
6.2 Cabinet Door and Lock
The cabinet door uses embedded structure.
The door opening angle is larger than 110°and the door limit device can limit the opening angle.
The cabinet door lock is theftproof three point lock, supporting padlock.
7.Connection and Fastening
Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
Door hinges use inner hinge mode.
8 Cabinet Inlets
Feeder cable and other external cables all use bottom wiring method.
