Process of Easy peel off End:
1. Send the ends. The already formed basic shell is send into the production equipment of easy peel off ends. The production process of the basic shell is the same as that of the metal can lid. The basic shell is stamped, with the degeree of burying, the rounded edge of the can and the glue injection.
2. Punching. The middle of the formed basic shell is punched out of the hole, and the O-shaped easy peel off Ends is punched into a round hole; the D-type easy peel off ends is punched out of the D-shaped hole.
3. Crimping. The edge of the hole in the middle of the cap is crimped in the outer diameter direction, and the direction of the curling is the inner side of the basic shell, so that the edge of the hole has no burr notch.
4. Sealed aluminum foil. The stamped aluminum foil is heat-sealed to the cap to seal the middle hole.
5. Embossing. The pattern is pressed on the aluminum foil, one is beautiful, and the other is to increase the strength of the aluminum foil.
6. Testing and packaging. Each easy peel off end is in-line tested to check its tightness, and the products that pass the test are automatically packaged.
