This bottle is special oval shape,500ml, easy to take. It is ideal packaging for coffee/juice/milk tea shop. PET body is clear transparent , consumer can see what the beverage look like in bottle, also this bottle is not take up much space, suitable packaging for water/ juice when you go travel. The material is food grade, which tested by FDA-SGS. Our factory own the high speed production injection and blowing machine,which is full automatic, no hand touch the bottle until the bottle packed in carton.

Production process

Step 1, Order confirmed,and financial dept confirmed to receive the advanced payment.

Step 2, Factory arrange Carton and raw material preparing

Step 3, Bottle/Jars preform Production

Step 4, Blowing jars

Step 5, Inspected by QC one by one.

Step 6, Do printing or labeling,if no need, the worker will pack in poly bag and carton.

Step 7, Production finish,and goods store in our Warehouse before shipment,

Step 8, After payment reach, we will arrange Shipment and send you shipping clearance document accordingly.

The whole process may need around 7-12 working days.If the order confirmed in peak season, Lead time may delay, details need to confirm with sales.
