A: The size is customized according different customer’s situation and requirements. We can have suggestion after knowing your details.

Q: How long for production and delivery?

A: Around 20 days for production. Delivery time varies from 15 to 40 days depending on the port of destination.

Q: What is your payment terms?

A: 30%～50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit. The remaining balance is completed before delivery.

Q: Do we need to install the glass into the window?

A: It’s up to you. Based on experience, we strongly recommend not to install the glass before delivery because if we install, it will be more dangerous and difficult for transportation.
