A: NAVIEW’s products are all CUSTOM-MADE, according to buyer’s dimensions.

Q: What is NAVIEW’s manufacture time?

A: 30-45 days after the confirmation of deposit and drawing.

Q:What is the payment terms?

A: Normally, 30%-50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

Q: Will we need to install the glass (onsite glazing)or does NAVIEW’s products come with the glass installed?

A: Glass is normally installed at factory based on window dimension to ensure the quality of the products. Onsite glazing is only recommended for extremely large sized products.
