According to different substrates and patterns, different types of pigment foil are used for hot stamping. Milky yellow pigment foil is widely used in various UV varnish paper,PET/OPP laminated papers, PP synthetic paper and PVC sticker products. It has stable peelability, fine abrasion resistance and scratch resistance as well as excellent adhesion to the substrate. Milky yellow pigment foil is composed of 4 layers of different materials, such as base film layer, peeling layer, colored layer and adhesive layer. Hot stamping is carried out by means of Cylinder foiling machines, Platen foiling machines and Vertical foiling machines, with a certain pressure and temperature combined with the hot stamping plate.
