Application Method
①. Glue is applied on the substrate.
②. Patterned or fully coated glue is fixed by heat before foil transfer properly.
③. Stamping the foil ,heat:130C-150C, pressure 4-6 bar, touch time 3-5 s.
④. Discard the carrier film after stamping process. Different separating way of film as hot/cold, now/then are advised for different results.
⑤. Hard release foils can be separated after 1-2 hours or get cooled well.
⑥. Reverse release can be applied to solve the problem of “silver dust” due to soft foils.

Various patterns are provided to customers for color selection and confirmation. To facilitate customers to see the gold-stamping effect in the design stage, long and narrow patterns are configured with cutting-lines.
Hot stamping is the process that applies thermal bonding technique to transfer permanent adhesion of foil to target surface (for instance, security paper, cardboard, PET, PVC, leather). Generally, hot stamping foil is used as decorative sheet. Unlike ordinary hot stamping foil, holographic hot stamping foil is showed with film holographic vivid effect. Thus, it is widely applied on cosmetic, alcohol, cigarette packaging and shopping bag etc. Furthermore, holographic hot stamping foil with customized logo patter design can meet anti-counterfeiting requirement, which is usually used on tickets, documents, certificates, pharmaceutical box, and so on.
Tips
Hot stamping foil First Aid Measures
First aid for different exposure routes:
Inhalation: move the patient to a ventilated place with fresh air. If serious, the
patient should be sent to the hospital for treatment in time.
Skin contact: wash with running clean water and soapy water.
Eye contact: prolonged direct contact with the sun can irritate the eyes, should be
sent to hospital for treament in time .
Ingestion: if swallowed in large quantities, send to hospital immediately for treatment.
The most important symptoms and hazards:Prolonged exposure to this product , a few
people will have slight skin redness and swelling.
