Production Process From Raw Materials To Finished Product
1.Purchasing:We have our perfect purchasing systerm of raw materials,every time,we test the materials from supplier who have very stable supply capacity,can gurantee our production timely.
2.Formula making:by experienced engineer
3.Machine working datas:we have two shift working,to ensure machine working in good condition,engineer will set up the datas in person.
4.Machine maintenance:we have machine maintenance regularly to make sure safety and smooth production.
5.Quality inspection:During each step,we arrange quality inspector to check the quality to meet customers' demand.
6.Cutting :After floor preserved ,we will cut it into small pieces as the size that you need.
7.Packing:After cutting,we will pick the tiles or planks and put them into cartons,pack them tightly,stack them on the wood pallet well,then do the protection around the pallet.
8.Delivery:We book container and deliver the floor to sea port.
