LVT can be installed over most floor surfaces,and is suitable for both residential and light commercial interior applications.make sure to always select the proper production for the job which you plan to install.Do not use a residential product for a commercial installation
1.Flooring should be transported and stored in a neatly stacked fashion on a smooth flat surface.
2.Acclimate the flooring and the rooms to be installed at a constant temperature around 25℃for 48 hours before,during and maintained after installation.
3.LVT should only be installed after other trades have finished and the jobsite has been cleaned and cleared of debris that could potentially damage a finished plank installation.
4.Inspection flooring of damage,defects,or shading issues before installation;claims for visual defects will not be accepted after cutting and/or installed.
5.Mix and install planks from several different cartons during installation to ensure a random appearance.
6.Leave 1/8 inch(3.175mm) for explanation around the entire perimeter of the flooring.
7.Flooring should be protected from direct exposure to sunlight.
- How to maintenance the vinyl plank floor
1. Surface maintenance: the products with special die pressing on the surface do not need special film after construction. If there is any damage to the film, the surface protection treatment must be carried out regularly to prevent contamination.
2. When using the surface protection material, first use neutral reagent to clean the impregnated part, and then apply the protective material slightly for 2-3 times, so that there is no trace left on the surface, showing a clean surface.
3.When using the surface protection material (wax), it is necessary to select the ground temperature change suitable for its own use (with or without light, wood and PVC). The protective material with good heat resistance should be used in the place with high water vapor.
