190 centigrade makes the powder have a good adhesion with metal. With five year no fade, no color losing.
The powder coating can bear 50kg impulsive force, no cracks on both sides. 5-10 years without scaling. Our powder coating can successfully pass the adhesion test, salt spray test,oxidation resistance test. Adhesion and hardness is much better than others.
For the powder coating surface, there are three kinds of different surface.
One is smooth surface as you see in this cabinet.
Another is the mat like sand.
And the last one is mat like orange.
