Product description:
- The weight of the water-soluble paper in the reference list of the anti-laser burn-through ability is adjusted according to the laser intensity, fabric thickness and hardness of the customer’s product;
- A 16-20 g water-soluble paper should be place under the laser membrane/film to support the membrane/film. According to the air temperature, humidity, and tension of the embroidery table in the customer’s workshop environment, it can also be used without placing the water-soluble paper;
- The water-soluble anti-later embroidery membrane/film has excellent resistance to laser burn-through, which is twice as strong as water-soluble paper. During laser cutting, the fabric has less burnout, the speed is faster, the edges are neater, and the yield is higher.
