1. We collected 2 tons of fresh palm tree leaves from Wenchang city, Hainan province, the southernmost in China. Then use the crusher to crush to be size 3-5 mm thick,10-50 mm long.
2. After crushing, we put them under the sun, so they can dry to be around 30% humidity.
3. We use our rotary drum dryer to dry the crushed palm tree leaves materials to be around 5% humidity. Then it is the perfect moisture for making pallets. It needs 1.5 hours.
4. We use our automatic mixer to mix crushed palm tree leaves Urea-formal dehydrates in liquid(glue) evenly. The automatic mixing system can control weight and start mixing automatically. The mixing process lasts 2minutes.
5. Then we put the mixed raw materials into the molds of the palm tree leaves press pallet making machine. Set 1000 tons of pressure and keep pressing for 5 minutes. Then we get the final products.

• Dynamic loading capacity test. We put 1.5 tons of sandbags on the pallets and use a forklift to move the pallets with cargo. It shows the final quality is good enough.
