Maintenance of hot air stream wood chip dryer

1. Check the automatic drain valve on the pre-filter before each shift every day.
2. Check the normal operation of tower changing and pressure boosting.
3. Check the operating conditions, inlet pressure, inlet temperature, and air flow.
4. Check the moisture indicator, blue means dry, and pink means wet.
5. Check whether the muffler is dirty and clogged, if the backwash pressure of the regeneration tower is too high, the muffler needs to be replaced.
6. Check the pressure drop of pre-filter and rear filter, if the pressure drop is over 0.5 bar, replace the filter element.
